TDS Group and The Depositary have joined forces once again to deliver enhanced value and convenience to their customers. This collaboration builds upon an existing agreement, offering streamlined end-of-tenancy processes and improved deposit compliance.
A closer look at the partnership
The new agreement takes the collaboration between TDS and The Depositary to the next level. TDS customers who sign up to The Depositary from 1 April 2024 will receive a 10% discount* on the time-saving end-of-tenancy software. This move represents a step forward in simplifying the tenancy management process, making it more efficient and cost-effective for agents, tenants, and landlords alike.
“I’m thrilled to announce these cost-saving benefits for our customers, marking another leap forward in revolutionising the tenancy management landscape” says Debbie Davies, Head of Sales and Customer Success at TDS. “Since 2019, our integration with The Depositary has streamlined end-of-tenancy services, eliminating time hopping between platforms and removing data duplication for our customers. As we head into Spring, The Depositary’s upcoming app updates promise to reduce end-of-tenancy disputes for TDS significantly. This not only aligns with our commitment to efficiency but also delivers a faster, more accurate experience for agents, tenants and landlords.”
Streamline end-of-tenancy with The Depositary integration
The Depositary’s end-of-tenancy software streamlines checkouts, cleaning, and communication. The Depositary app integrates with both TDS Insured and TDS Custodial Schemes, with new features coming in Spring 2024.
The integration also allows users to verify certificate codes, pre-populate deposit amounts, submit deposit reconciliations for refund processes, and create dispute files ready for upload into the TDS platform.
We have created a system that removes hours of work per tenancy
“Our relationship with TDS is a special one” Says Kristjan Byfield, the founder of The Depositary expresses his excitement at the partnership, “Working together, we have developed an incredible platform which simplifies the lives of agents concluding tenancies, irrespective of their chosen TDS scheme. By working together, we have created a system that removes hours of work per tenancy, duplicated data entry and boring manual tasks. All this, while giving tenants and landlords an evidence-led approach to deductions that are concluded typically 50% faster. It’s therefore exciting to enter this latest phase of our partnership and to offer new TDS customers joining us a 10% discount on our published prices.”
