TDS have commissioned a new platform which will improve our dispute resolution process for everyone.
We can now offer a new self-resolution module, which encourages all parties to resolve any outstanding deposit issues, reducing the need for adjudication.
This change also takes us closer to moving all of our schemes [TDS England Wales, TDS Northern Ireland and SafeDeposits Scotland] onto Salesforce.
