This award is designed to further develop knowledge for those in property management, giving the confidence and accreditation needed to stay ahead of the competition. The award has been designed to fit in around busy lifestyles, and is the only tenancy deposit protection qualification in the private rental sector market. Designed for letting agent staff members or those who work for inventory firms, the course would be beneficial for anyone working in the private rental sector.

Jamie had previously completed his Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management, meaning that he only needed to take units 3 and 4 of this technical award. He went on to say, “I believe it would be beneficial to anyone that works with protecting deposits and dealing with disputes, as it gives you an overview of the full journey.”
