We decided to join TDS due to the problems we were having with a competitor scheme. The switch to TDS has been incredibly smooth, with lots of assistance from the team. They have held our hands throughout the process. The Prescribed Information documents were sent to us pre-populated ready for us to send to the tenants for signature which really helped the process.
The system itself is incredibly easy to use and it is so much easier to track what stage deposits are at. We are very pleased with the whole process so far.
