The TDS Charitable Foundation has funded many projects to raise standards in the PRS. One project that was recently concluded was The Eye FM, a community radio station that obtained funding to broadcast responsible renting features on their station.
Steve, representing both TDS and its Charitable Foundation, was invited to the radio station to provide insights into the inner workings of TDS, the objectives of the TDS Charitable Foundation, and to share the latest updates concerning the Renters Reform Bill.
Hear Steve discuss TDS’ mission and key offerings alongside frequently asked questions about common TDS topics such as deposit protection and landlord disputes.
There’s an evaluation of the latest PRS news, and Steve gives an examination of the upcoming changes brought on by the Renters’ Reform Bill, specifically discussing the abolishment of Section 21, the introduction of an Ombudsman for the PRS, a centralised landlord portal, and the incorporation of a ‘Decent Homes Standard’ into the PRS.
