If your deposit is protected on TDS Insured, which means that TDS does not hold your deposit – your landlord or letting agent does you do not have an account to log into. Please contact your agent or landlord, at the end of the tenancy, to discuss the return of your deposit.
If your tenancy deposit has been protected with TDS in our Custodial offering, you need to set-up and activate your account. Activation ensures you receive any important messages during your tenancy and allows you to request the return of the deposit at the end of your tenancy.
