I have made an error with the details on the certificate – how do I fix this?

On TDS Insured, we allow a grace period of 28 days for any details to be amended since the date of protection. Please email deposits@tenancydepositscheme.com with a copy of the tenancy agreement. 

On TDS Custodial, if the deposit status is ‘awaiting payment’ please email info@tenancydepositscheme.com. If the status is ‘held’ we will need an email along with the Tenancy Agreement.

We cannot amend Tenant details on the instruction of the member and must hear directly from the tenant should an email address/phone number need amending.
