In this week’s #ExpertView, Debbie Davies, Assistant Director of Business Development at Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), discusses today’s ARLA Propertymark Conference 2019, which TDS is co-sponsoring
Today (2nd of April 2019), the ARLA Propertymark Conference will be held at ExCeL London and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme will be co-sponsoring the event. Come and meet the TDS team at stand C9.
ARLA Propertymark aims to raise standards amongst letting agents, from independent outfits to larger organisations, in order that letting agents, landlords and tenants can enjoy a better experience when finding and managing a property.
It’s a great opportunity to network and find out more about some of the excellent work being done in the PRS and we’re excited to be involved again. Indeed, the conference is one of the UK’s biggest and most highly respected lettings forum.
Delegates will be able to learn more about legislation pertaining to the industry, including updates on the Tenant Fees Ban and deposit cap; educational aspect of the conference is something we relish. TDS has a mission to raise awareness of Tenancy Deposit Protection to tenants and those working within the sector.
Last year’s event welcomed over 950 delegates and was sold out well in advance – a clear sign that the opportunities offered by the conference are in high demand.
In addition to the educational aspect of the conference and a range of speakers, there will also be an exhibition space with stands displaying a wide array of interesting products and services from furnishing services to utility management and, yes, tenancy deposit protection.
We’re looking forward to attending again, seeing some familiar faces and meeting new ones, as well as learning about the latest developments in raising standards amongst letting agents. Come and meet the TDS team, at stand C9, at this prestigious event next year; we will be there to answer all of your tenancy deposit-related questions.
