In this month’s regional webinar, local reps Ruth Millington and Lesley Wilkinson, will present the latest legislative update, and all you need to know as a landlord, followed by a question and answers session.
Joining them for this MEDIATION SPECIAL! will be special guests, Sandy Bastin, Head of TDS Adjudication Services, TDS Resolution, a FREE conciliation/ mediation service owned and operated by The Dispute Service Limited. As we come out of the final phase of the pandemic and with rising living costs, never has the time been more pertinent for disputes to arise between landlord and tenant.
Sandy will discuss how the service aims to facilitate a satisfactory resolution between landlords and tenants to help sustain tenancies and avoid the need for formal legal action.
