Tenancy Deposit Scheme Northern Ireland has won the Chartered Institute of Housing award for raising standards in the private rented sector. TDS Northern Ireland has been safeguarding tenancy deposits in Northern Ireland since April 2013 and has firmly established itself as the market leader, protecting almost 80% of all deposits.
