TDS Northern Ireland has been recognised for its excellence in customer service practice and innovation by the Chartered Institute for Housing, picking up the Excellence in Customer Service Award at the recent Awards Ceremony at Belfast City Hall. The CIH awards aim to showcase excellence and recognise the people making a difference in communities across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland by raising standards in the private rented sector.
