To raise a dispute on our Insured scheme;
- Select tenants at the top of the screen,
- Select ‘raise a dispute’ from the drop down list
- Enter your Certificate Code or Tenancy Information to locate your deposit protection certificate.
- Scroll to the bottom and Select ‘I want to send my dispute to TDS’
Follow the remaining instructions on screen.
