The Tenancy Deposit Scheme is pleased to announce that the innovative CRM solution created for estate agent professionals, Apex27, has further integrated with the TDS API.
In response to growing customer demand, Apex27 has now extended the API integration to include the TDS Insured scheme. Apex27 offers a seamless, one-click solution for setting up both an insured deposit, and custodial deposit, retrieving the scheme reference number, and further simplifying the deposit protection process for agents.
“Since we launched our integration with the TDS Custodial scheme in 2023, we’ve seen a growing number of customers requesting an integration with the TDS Insured scheme” explains James Wright, Founder of Apex27, “We’re excited to announce that, as of August 2024, we’ve successfully developed a seamless, one-click solution for setting up an insured deposit and retrieving the scheme reference number.”
Simplifying life for agents
The TDS API is designed to simplify transferring deposit data from a CRM database onto the deposit scheme platform. Historically, this process has been a manual and time-consuming task for letting agents, creating a duplication of work and an opportunity for human error. Launching initially with the popular TDS Custodial scheme, agents benefited from this automatic deposit data transfer, reducing unnecessary admin and allowing more time for agents to focus on their core business.
Apex27 and TDS collaboration delivers enhanced CRM functionality
Apex27 was formed in 2019 with a mission to create a modern, responsive CRM platform for agents that was full-featured, easy to use, and also offered great value.
Debbie Davies, Head of Sales and Client Success at TDS, comments:
“We’re thrilled to deepen our partnership with a company we trust, providing an easy-to-use CRM that now supports both TDS Custodial and TDS Insured schemes. This integration is immediately available to all new and existing customers using the Apex27 CRM platform, delivering even more functionality and convenience for agents.”
James Wright, Founder of Apex27, concludes:
At Apex27, we share TDS’s commitment to making processes easier and more efficient through smart integrations. It’s a pleasure to collaborate with a business that shares our vision.”
