Update on Superstrike vs Rodriguez

Following consultation with the Department for Communities and Local Government, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme is now able to offer joint guidance with the other deposit protection schemes on the recent Superstrike vs Rodrigues ruling.

The guidance, agreed and offered by all tenancy deposit protection schemes, can be downloaded below.
