Timely submission of evidence

Adjudications are made on the basis of the material sent to us. It is not for us to go looking for evidence. Please ensure you let us have all the evidence you feel necessary to make your case together with this form. If that is not possible, please tell us why on your Notification of deposit dispute or Response to deposit dispute form as appropriate, and when we can expect it.
We will not be able to take into account anything you send us once the case has been despatched to an adjudicator.

The Dispute Service Ltd, the Government-appointed administrators for the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), which includes the Insured and Custodial schemes, have once again retained their Certificate of Registration for Customer Satisfaction Management under ISO 10002.
