TDS Rules of Membership Change

The recent Crown Court judgement in the case of Harvey v Bamforth revealed an anomaly in the Housing Act 2004. TDS has changed its rules slightly to clarify the formal requirements of the Scheme.

The only paragraphs affected are 4.1.4 and 8.2. The changes make no difference to the process or the paperwork, and we are only asking you to do as we have always asked. You do not need to change your tenancy agreements.

A copy of the revised rules are now available. Please go to Documents and forms to download your copy.
