TDS Northern Ireland is a not-for-profit company based in central Belfast which has been approved by the Department for Social Development to run a tenancy deposit protection scheme. Mandatory tenancy deposit protection in Northern Ireland commences on the 1 April 2013 and we are seeking an experienced and articulate individual to become our first Operations Manager.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this individual will have first-hand experience of the private rental sector and the work of landlords and letting agents, as well as being a confident communicator.  Key tasks will include recruiting letting agents and landlords to join the scheme and briefing them on how it works. The individual must have a tenacious approach to winning new business and be a comfortable public speaker.  There will be a small team of staff to manage and the role will include some travel throughout Northern Ireland, so a driving licence is essential.
