TDS Custodial is free, and you can join and start protecting deposits immediately.

TDS Insured features

With TDS Insured, you hold the deposit during the tenancy, and only pass the disputed amount to TDS if there is a dispute at the end of the tenancy. You return the undisputed amount back to the tenant directly at the end of the tenancy.
