Recruitment Resourcer

(part-time 20-25 hours per week – Monday to Friday)

  • Job summary:

    To organise all recruitment across the company, with a focus on ensuring that we have the right colleagues to support the operational delivery of services. Deliver a 360-recruitment process from placing advert through to onboarding.

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Reviewing and updating recruiting processes and procedures;
    • Sourcing and attracting high calibre candidates using a variety of methods to include job boards, social media and company website;
    • Review & process sufficient applications to meet recruitment targets;
    • Monitor pipeline activity and liaise with the Recruiting Managers;
    • Be part of the initial screening process;
    • Setting up interviews in line with the recruiting manager’s diary;
    • Organise and support assessment centres, as and when required;
    • Liaise with candidates and managers following interview;
    • Work closely with our Marketing team to produce high quality adverts for our social media platforms to generate prospective candidates;
    • Support activity at job fairs and exhibitions for recruitment purposes;
    • Produce timely reports to present to Director of HR and Recruiting Managers;
    • Onboarding of new colleagues to include issuing contracts of employment, obtaining references and documentation, and inductions.

    Essential characteristics

    1. Job Knowledge and Skills

    • Experience of recruiting high volume in a recruitment agency or an in-house recruitment environment;
    • Experience of using job boards and LinkedIn to source candidates;
    • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills and as well as being able to manage multiple stakeholders;
    • Strong administration and time management skills;
    • Commitment to quality and attention to detail;
    • Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.

    2. Communication

    • Must be able to present information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing;
    • Must possess good interpersonal skills, communicating effectively in order to advise
    and inform colleagues and other stakeholders;
    • Must be able to deal with professionals in different spheres of activity.
